Arrow Exterminators Acquires Hoffman's Exterminating

Arrow Exterminators expands in the mid-Atlantic with acquisition of Hoffman's Exterminating, a $16 million business that services customers throughout Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

ATLANTA — Arrow Exterminators, Atlanta, Ga., announced it has acquired Hoffman’s Exterminating, Mantua, N.J.

Employing more than100 team members, Hoffman's services customers in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Hoffman’s ranked 62nd on the most recent PCT Top 100 List. Its 2025 revenues exceeded $16 million. Arrow will continue to operate Hoffman’s under its brand, with all staff remaining with the company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
