ATLANTA — Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators announced the merger and acquisition of Whitco Pest Management, founded in 1949 by Aaron Whitley and located in Rocky Mount, N.C. This transaction further strengthens Arrow ‘s presence in eastern North Carolina and the Research Triangle Park area and allows Arrow to expand and reach more residential and commercial customers with a full line of services. This will be Arrow’s fifth office in the state of North Carolina.
