Arrow Exterminators
ATLANTA – Arrow Exterminators announced two additions to its leadership team. Michael Landis joins Arrow Exterminators as vice president of human resources, and Drew Shetter has been promoted to vice president of corporate operations.
Landis will serve as a strategic HR leader, responsible for the development and execution of human resources strategies that align with Arrow’s overall business objectives. His leadership will encompass core HR areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Landis will also collaborate closely with Arrow’s benefits and payroll teams to deliver a seamless and supportive team member experience.
Landis brings over 20 years of leadership experience in human resources, having held key roles in both the healthcare and life sciences industries. Most recently, he served as vice president of human resources at Vero Biotech, where he oversaw end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, engagement, compensation, and regulatory compliance. Before that, Landis spent 17 years at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, where he held various leadership positions, including director of human resources.
Landis is a graduate of the University of Georgia and holds both the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional) certifications.
Shetter will join Arrow’s Executive Team and bring his extensive field and operational experience to the corporate level.
Shetter's journey with Arrow began in June 2012 as a home evaluator in McDonough, Ga. His strong leadership and deep industry knowledge have guided him through a series of impactful roles, including Regional Sales Manager, Service Center Manager in Lake Norman, NC, Brookhaven, GA, and Ponte Vedra, FL, and most recently, Vice President of Operations for Region 12 (Gulf Coast AL & FL).
Shetter is a two-time Circle of Diamonds achiever, and under his leadership, Region 12 was named Region of the Year, a testament to his ability to cultivate high-performing teams and drive outstanding results.
