Arrow Exterminators Promotes Massey, Binns

Dave Massey has been promoted to regional vice president of the east coast of Florida and Lee Binns has been promoted to regional vice president of North Texas.

ATLANTA, Ga. – Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators, the second largest privately-held and family-owned pest control company in the U.S., announced two internal promotions to the company’s operations team.

Dave Massey, former senior service center manager in Melbourne, Fla., has been promoted to regional vice president of the east coast of Florida. Massey started his career at Arrow as a termite & pest control service professional in the midtown Atlanta, Ga., service center and has over 20 years of industry experience.

In January 2016, he was promoted to service center manager of the Vero Beach, Fla., service center and in January 2017 moved to the Melbourne, Fla., service center. In July 2020, Dave was promoted to senior service center manager.

During his tenure in Melbourne, his team achieved numerous awards including Circle of Diamonds, Circle of Safety and Circle of Success. 

Lee Binns, former service center manager in Port Charlotte, Fla., has been promoted to regional vice president of North Texas. Lee joined the Arrow family as a service professional in 2015, and he quickly moved into an outside sales role where he found great success as a multiple President’s Club achiever.

He has trained many sales people along the way and takes great pride in the success of others. As service center manager, Lee has won many prestigious awards, including Rookie of the Year, Service Center Manager of the Year and numerous Circle of Diamond’s awards.
