Arrow Exterminators Announces Personnel Moves

ATLANTA - Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators Inc. announces the recent addition of two regional sales managers to its sales department. 

Jason LaMarca has been promoted to Georgia Regional Sales Manager and will be responsible for the growth of sales in Georgia.  LaMarca has been with Arrow since 1997.  In addition, Ray Underwood has been hired as a Regional Sales Manager for Arrow’s branch offices in Tennessee.  Prior to joining Arrow, Underwood held a variety of management positions during his 32 year career with Orkin Pest Control. 

“We feel very fortunate to have Jason and Ray in their new roles as they bring with them strong selling skills, yet they come from diverse backgrounds,” said Kevin Burns, vice president of sales. “The synergy we will achieve with the addition of them to our team will be significant.”      

In a related move, Donny Williams has been named Realtor Services Specialist and will join Arrow’s Realtor Services Department in Georgia. Williams has been with Arrow since 2001 and received the Wes Avera “Rookie of the Year” Award in 2005.  Emily Thomas, C.O.O. commented “Donny has shown himself to be quite capable in a relatively short period of time and we’re pleased to be able to give him the opportunity to shine in a new role that is very critical to the long-term success of our company.”
