Arrow Exterminators Announces Series of Additions, Promotions

ATLANTA, Ga. – Arrow Exterminators announced the addition of Jan Goldstein to the Human Resources Department. Goldstein will fill the newly created position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. Goldstein joins Arrow from Ameriquest Mortgage Co. Goldstein has more than 10 years experience in HR including EEOC litigation, recruiting, benefits, hiring and termination processes, diversity training, field training, payroll and all aspects of personnel policy and procedures. “We are confident that her talents and abilities will have a big impact on the company,” said Nancy Reynolds, senior v.p., human resources.

Arrow also announced that Brad Whitten has been appointed to the newly created position of assistant regional vice president for Region III. Whitten has been with Arrow for more than 14 years and has served in multiple positions including carpenter, renewal inspector, sales inspector, branch manager and most recently as district manager. “Brad has learned this business from the ground up and it is our sincere pleasure to watch him flourish in this role,” said Emily Thomas, COO

David Gagliano has been promoted to the position of district manager for Dunwoody, Buckhead, and the soon to be opened Midtown Office, in Atlanta. Gagliano has been with the company for over 6 years and has served in various roles including pest control technician, termite technician, Sentricon supervisor, service manager, and most recently as branch manager for the Dunwoody, Ga., office. “We have great confidence in David’s abilities and know he will do a great job.” said Ray Crim, senior executive v.p.

Greg Sweat has been promoted to branch manager of the Buckhead Office in Atlanta. Sweat has been with the company for more than 10 years and has served in several roles including pest control technician, pest control supervisor and service manager. “Greg has consistently gone Beyond the Call and we have all the faith in the world in him,” said Emily Thomas, COO.
