ATLANTA — Arrow Exterminators recently recognized and celebrated the outstanding efforts of its employees by hosting their annual Employee Appreciation Week. Throughout the company, employees at all levels were indulged with catered breakfasts, pizza parties and cook outs. The highlight of the week was the gathering of employees for breakfast at one of four Metro-Atlanta Arrow locations where they were hosted by members of the corporate staff.
“We have the most talented and dedicated professionals in the industry,” said Emily Thomas, chief operating officer. “Although we say thank you on a daily basis, this is an excellent opportunity to show our employees how much we truly appreciate their continued efforts”
“We couldn’t be more proud of our talented team of employees,” said Nancy Reynolds, senior vice president of human resources. “In our industry, retaining quality employees is one of the keys to our success and we continually strive to recognize our employees for their hard work and commitment.”
