ATLANTA — Arrow Exterminators was awarded the QualityPro distinction by the National Pest Management Association (NPMA). Arrow Exterminators is the third largest pest control company in the nation to be recognized with this honor. Companies that attain this highly acclaimed status are environmentally responsible, committed to excellence and are held to the highest of performance standards.

In response to growing demand by consumers to increase quality standards in the pest management industry, NPMA established the QualityPro program similar to the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval®. This corporate program is designed to separate companies from the competition and increase the overall professionalism of the industry.

“I remember when I first heard about QualityPro at an NPMA Board of Directors meeting. I knew it was a good idea and have been looking forward to this day since that meeting,” said Arrow CEO Joe Thomas. “As an industry, we need to continually raise the bar of excellence and Arrow remains committed to providing superior service to our customers.”

“Our well trained and professional employees are the cornerstone of our success,” said Nancy Reynolds, senior vice president, Human Resources. “We hold our employees to the highest of standards and are very proud to be recognized by NPMA for our efforts.”

“Arrow Exterminators is one of a few, elite companies in the country to participate in the QualityPro program, a fact that demonstrates their 40-plus years of commitment to provide consumers with quality, professional pest management services,” said Andrew Architect, executive director, QualityPro.
