ATLANTA – Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators recently held the company’s annual 2023-2024 Fiscal Year Kickoff Summit at The Loews Hotel in Atlanta, Ga.
With over 500 team members and partners in attendance, the two-day event celebrated achievements from the prior fiscal year, which included record-breaking milestones of achieving double digit revenue growth for the 13th year in a row and achieving $380 million in total revenue. The summit also introduced the new internal fiscal year theme, “Culture Rules."
"Our achievements are directly tied to the talent and dedication of our team members and their unwavering passion." said Arrow CEO Emily Thomas Kendrick. "It was truly my pleasure to present awards and express my gratitude to those who not only helped us meet but also surpass our company goals, leading to more than a decade of sustained double-digit revenue growth."
Day one of the summit also featured guest speaker Alex Sheen, author of "Because I said I would," who shared his insights about the importance of accountability.
On the second day of the summit, a leadership and motivational workshop for everyone in attendance was hosted by Randy Gravitt. The workshop was based on Mark Miller’s new book, "Culture Rules: The Leader's Guide to Creating the Ultimate Competitive Advantage."
“Randy Gravitt’s workshop was an excellent fit for Arrow as he challenged Arrow’s team to lead at an optimal level, said Arrow President and COO Tim Pollard. "We couldn't have chosen a more fitting way to kick-off our new fiscal year than by inspiring our teams to think both critically and creatively about Arrow's future. The managers and corporate support leaders departed with a rejuvenated commitment to guide their teams through innovative thinking."
