The branch will be managed by Debra Stutz, a 5-year Arrow veteran who was formally the service manager at Arrow’s Chattanooga, Tenn., branch. Arrow recently acquired the assets of the Dalton office of HomeTeam Pest Defense in exchange for the assets of Arrow Exterminators’ Las Vegas office.
The Dalton office will open with revenues of approximately $700,000 and represents Arrow Exterminators’ 41st office in the state of Georgia. “We have been looking for the right opportunity to complete our service area coverage of the I-75 corridor from Atlanta to Tennessee,” Arrow Exterminators’ CEO Joe Thomas said. “This unique opportunity presented itself after a conversation with HomeTeam at a recent NPMA conference.”
As part of the agreement, Las Vegas Arrow employees were offered positions with HomeTeam and the Dalton HomeTeam employees were offered positions with Arrow Exterminators. “This is a win-win for the employees of both companies,” said Arrow COO Emily Thomas.
