ATLANTA – With plans for significant revenue growth in 2006, Arrow Exterminators has made a number of staffing moves to bolster its leadership at the regional level. Joe Thomas, CEO of the 41 year-old company said, “We have our sights set on reaching the $100 million revenue level in the very near future and we are committed to building the infrastructure we need to get us there.”
In Region 5, Phil Lovorn, former Knoxville branch manager and Western Tennessee district manager, has been promoted to region vice president. Arrow said Lovorn has been a mainstay in Tennessee pest control for 31 years including 13 years as owner of Phillips Termite and Pest Control in Knoxville and 10 years with Arrow. Lovorn will oversee operations of his region’s eight branches located in Tennessee and North Georgia. Branch manager promotions for the region are: Dave Cook, Knoxville; Charles Perry, Maryville; and Bobby Lane, Pigeon Forge.
Arrow has split Region 4 into two districts to cover South Georgia and Gainesville, Fla. Jody Pate, Columbus branch manager, has been named western district manager and Brantley Russell, Augusta branch manager, is the new eastern district manager.
In Region 7 changes, Paul Gruber has been named Las Vegas branch manager and Jeffrey White has become branch manager for the company’s Casey’s Exterminators division located in Phoenix. Trent Hicks has been selected to head builder relations in Phoenix.
Arrow Exterminators is the largest independent termite and pest control company based in Georgia and the 11th largest company in the industry according to PCT’s Top 100 list with 50 offices in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Arizona, Texas and Nevada. The company serves more than 200,000 customers in the six states it services. For the past four years, Arrow Exterminators has been awarded the Consumers’ Choice Award for Business Excellence.
