ATLANTA – Arrow Exterminators' Vice President of Marketing Jason Pelham and Corporate Fleet Manager Brooke Freeman have successfully completed the Georgia Pest Control Association’s (GPCA) Leadership Program.

This achievement was celebrated at the GPCA Winter Conference in Athens, Ga., on Jan. 10, where both Pelham and Freeman were honored on stage.

The GPCA Leadership Program is an innovative three-part development program that provides participants with a fresh take on leadership skills and strategies that can be immediately put to practical use in any size company, department or even in your personal life.

“As an Alumni of the GPCA Leadership Program; I know firsthand that this program provides industry leaders with exceptional training,” said Arrow's Chief HR Officer and Senior Vice President of Professional Development Shay Runion. “Both Jason and Brooke are leaders here at Arrow and this training will help them in their current and future roles with the organization.”

Adding to this achievement, Pelham received the prestigious James Allgood Jr. Leadership Award, a recognition bestowed by the GPCA to a standout leader within the program. Chosen by his peers, Pelham’s leadership qualities earned him this honor, and he will co-chair the 2025 Leadership Program, which is held biennially.

Pelham's journey in the pest control industry began over a decade ago when he joined Arrow as the director of digital marketing. He was elevated to vice president of marketing in 2020. Freeman's career with Arrow started more than seven years ago at the East Cobb service center as account collections coordinator. She moved to the Fleet department in 2018 and was promoted to Corporate Fleet Manager in 2020.
