Chuck Longenecker, regional vice president and head of Arrow’s Customer Care Department said, “Our customer care people are vital to our overall success in growing sales, particularly our pest control sales. Although introducing a new creative sales program is a serious matter, we wanted to make sure these training sessions were fun and memorable. We wanted to keep their attention and engage them in the training. Everyone had a blast.”
Training will conclude on September 8th in Naples, Fla.
