ATLANTA – Arrow Exterminators executives and management team recently convened at the beautiful Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida for their annual spring manager’s meeting. During the three-day event the group worked diligently planning for the upcoming season and building team camaraderie. The annual event is also a time to recognize Arrow’s corporate partners and enjoy a little rest and relaxation.
The focus for the meeting was on continuing the growth and building on the momentum established in the first eight months of the fiscal year which began in July. Arrow has experienced an increase in top line revenue both internally and through acquisition efforts as a result of the commitment and leadership provided by the management team.
“Our Spring meeting is an excellent time to celebrate our successes as well as to inspire and strengthen our leadership team,” said Emily Thomas Kendrick, Arrow’s president and chief executive officer. “After attending this meeting, our managers go back to their service centers rejuvenated and with a renewed sense of commitment.”
