Arrow Names David Walters Claims Director

ATLANTA, Ga. — David Walters has rejoined Arrow Exterminators Inc. as claims director following a re-organization of the department. Arrow’s Claims Department recently was reorganized following the sudden passing of John Millican, former claims director.

Ralph Gambrel, regional VP for Arrow, said, “We are all still trying to recover professionally and personally from the loss of John Millican who worked here for 19 years and did an outstanding job handling our claims. Now that we have David Walters back, I am confident that we will experience similar success in claims management.“

Walters served as Metro Regional Claims Adjustor for Arrow Exterminators from 1995 to 2001. Prior to his return, Walters served as VP, sales and marketing for Teamwork’s Office Furniture. His 25-year career also includes design and construction of custom cabinetry, work as a general contractor in all facets of residential construction, historic home renovation and commercial office tenant finishing.
