Arrow Names Ray Crim First Senior Executive VP

Arrow Exterminators has named Ray Crim to the newly created position of senior executive vice president. Crim will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Arrow’s seven regions.

ATLANTA — Arrow Exterminators has named E. Raymond Crim III to the newly created position of senior executive vice president. Crim will report directly to Joe Thomas, chief executive officer, and Emily Thomas, chief operating officer, and will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Arrow’s seven regions.

In making this announcement, Joe Thomas said, “Ray Crim has been an integral part of the Arrow family since he joined us 15 years ago. He is of great value to the company and his dedication to serving the pest control industry is unparalleled. His leadership on many of our core operating committees has been a major factor in our continued growth. We are very fortunate to have him as a key member of our team.”

Prior to joining Arrow Exterminators as director of corporate development in 1991, Crim held senior management positions with Waste Management Pest Control and Tindol Services, Inc. The 32-year industry veteran is a past president, vice president and board chairman of the Georgia Pest Control Association. He has been the recipient of numerous industry awards including the President’s Award from the Georgia Pest Control Association, Committeeman of the Year from the National Pest Control Association and he was one of 10 honored with the 1996 Leadership Award from PCT magazine. Crim has authored several articles for industry trade publications as well.

A native of Atlanta, Ga., Crim is a graduate of Presbyterian College and resides in Atlanta. He is active in a number of civic organizations and serves as an elder for the Mt. Paran Church of God.
