ATLANTA — Arrow Exterminators announced the promotion of Rick Bell to the newly created position of vice president of Governmental Affairs & Technical Services.
In this role Bell will be responsible for local, state and national government relations, regulatory compliance and industry stewardship. Bell will continue his appointed role serving on the Georgia Structural Pest Control Commission (a position he’s held since 2005) and as board member on the National Pest Management Association’s Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA). As chairman of the Government and Legislative Affairs Committee for the Georgia Pest Control Association, Bell continues serving the citizens of Georgia.
Bell joined Arrow Exterminators in 1988 as a branch manager and during his tenure with the company has held a variety of positions. Bell was promoted to director of Quality Control in 1994, to vice president of Technical Services in 2000 before assuming this new position. Chief Operating Officer Emily Thomas said, “We are very proud of Rick’s accomplishments and contributions not only to Arrow but to the industry at large. We are confident of the impact Rick will have in his new role.”
