Spencer also will help conduct Georgia “Redbook” training and will monitor and participate in branch training. He will also help co-ordinate and implement Arrow’s Quality Pro Certification through the National Pest Management Association.
“Richard Spencer is a tremendous addition to our team”, said Bell. “His hands-on experience running a branch office coupled with his diverse technical training skills is an asset that will greatly enhance our existing department.”
Prior to joining Arrow, Spencer spent 12 years as manager of the Roswell, Ga., office for Spencer Pest Control. He is a certified trainer and holds certification from the Georgia Department of Agriculture in HPC, WDO, Public Health and Ornamental and Turf. He is a graduate of the Georgia Pest Control Association’s PCO Course and a graduate of Clemson University’s Master Termite Technician School. He is a graduate of Kennesaw College with a degree in Business Administration. He and his family reside in Acworth, Ga.
