Arrow Exterminators Celebrates Excellence with 2013 Pinnacle Club

Arrow recognized its high achievers at the Grand Hotel Resort & Spa in Point Clear, Ala.

ATLANTA – Arrow Exterminators recently held Pinnacle Club 2013 to recognize the company’s top producing Service Professionals and Customer Care Specialists. This special achievement is earned by reaching goals set for sales and outstanding service efforts. A record-setting 103 award recipients and their guests were invited to enjoy a relaxing weekend at the Grand Hotel Point Clear Resort & Spa and attend the Pinnacle Club Awards Banquet.  Forty-six of the Pinnacle Club honorees also went Beyond the Call to achieve elite Chairman’s Club status. These individuals arrived a day early and were treated to a special reception and dining experience.

“We had a record setting turnout this year and I could not be more proud of the hard working folks who qualified for Chairman’s Club and Pinnacle Club,” said Emily Thomas Kendrick, Arrow’s president and chief executive officer. “We are so pleased to honor this outstanding group and look forward to another fantastic year in 2014.”

SPRING KICKOFF MEETING. Arrow’s entire management team also recently convened at the Grand Hotel Point Clear Resort & Spa for their annual spring kickoff meeting. The three-day event featured a guest key-note speaker and the inaugural Arrow Training Camp, an intensive, yet fun and interactive dive into ten key corporate support groups for the service center managers.  Additionally, participants worked diligently planning for the upcoming season and building team camaraderie.  The annual event is also a chance for Arrow to recognize employees and valuable partners while enjoying a variety of relaxing resort activities.  

The focus for the meeting was to continue the growth; build on the momentum established during in the first eight months of the fiscal year and close out the year with a strong push.  “This year has been full of amazing growth for Arrow, both organically and through diligent acquisition efforts,” said Tim Pollard, Arrow’s chief operating officer.  “Our goal is to finish the year with the same focus and drive that got us to this point.”
