ATLANTA – Arrow Exterminators announced today two key leadership changes. Tim Pollard, formerly senior vice president of sales, has been promoted to chief operating officer (COO). Ken Stieren formerly with Orkin, as the assistant division vice president for the South Central Division, will join the Arrow team as senior vice president of sales.
According to Emily Thomas Kendrick, president and CEO, “Tim Pollard has done an extraordinary job for us running our sales team. I am confident that with his leadership and business background, he will help Arrow grow and succeed.”
Pollard joined Arrow in July 2009. Prior to that time, he was with Dow AgroSciences for 17 years where most recently he ran Dow’s Canadian business.
Kendrick added, “Ken Stieren has over 28 years in the industry, all with Orkin. We feel with his wide range of abilities and enthusiasm he will fit right into our Arrow culture and help drive the future of our company.”
Stieren has held many positions with Orkin in operations as well as on the corporate support side. Stieren will be based in Atlanta and will serve as the newest member of the executive committee.
