In his new role Bell will represent Arrow at industry events such as ASPCRO, PPMA and NPMA. He also will ensure Arrow’s compliance of local, state and national regulations in the nine states in which Arrow currently operates as well as targeted states for future expansion. Bell will continue to serve on various committees including the Georgia Structural Pest Control Commission, National Pest Management Association’s Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA), NPMA’s Governmental Affairs Committee as well as chairing GPCA’s Legislative Committee. In addition, Bell will serve as Arrow’s representative on the Board of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce.
“Rick’s contribution to Arrow and the pest management industry over the past 19 years has been vast and we are very proud of his accomplishments” stated Emily Thomas, COO. “In his new role, Rick’s increased involvement will make an even greater impact on our industry” she added.
Spencer will be responsible for the strategic growth and expansion of Arrow’s Technical Services & Quality Control Department, as well as directing the day to day operations of the department including continuing education, new employee training and Arrow University. He is currently a member of the GPCA’s Education Committee.
