The past 12 months represented another growth year for Arrow, both internally and through diligent acquisitions efforts. Arrow grew top-line revenue in excess of 7% for its fiscal year, a remarkable accomplishment given the market conditions and housing slump. The company’s Mergers & Acquisitions team was very successful during the first half of this fiscal year, including integrating three companies in Georgia and two in Florida. The company also opened six new service centers and added seven members to its management team.
“Our annual meeting is an excellent time to celebrate our successes as well as to inspire and strengthen our leadership team,” said Joe Thomas, Arrow’s CEO. “Arrow’s continued success is the result of the commitment, drive and innovation of our entire team.”
In addition to celebrating past accomplishments, Arrow managers took the opportunity to plan for the upcoming spring season, build team camaraderie, recognize its corporate partners and enjoy a variety of relaxing resort activities. “Arrow is committed to providing our talented team with the resources and tools to succeed,” said Emily Thomas, COO. “After attending this meeting, our managers came away rejuvenated and with a renewed sense of commitment.”
