Tom Spurlin, VP of REALTOR Services, has been with Arrow since 2002 and was recently nominated president-elect for the Atlanta Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. Spurlin said, ”Although this organization was originally formed in 1924 to help women succeed in real estate, today the council welcomes any agent who is interested in business and personal development. The nomination is quite an honor for me and Arrow Exterminators.” Spurlin is a past president of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and was named Realtor of the Year by this group in 2000. He was also named Realtor of the Year in Georgia.
Nancy Delany, VP of REALTOR Relations and New Business Development for Arrow, also is a registered real estate agent and has been with Arrow since 1996. She chairs the President’s Council of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS and feels that being active in the real estate community is beneficial to Arrow, agents and homeowners. “Wood infestation reports are always a major issue in the home buying and selling process. At Arrow we have to keep abreast of all matters relating to reports. Our agents look to us for up-to-date information and timely inspections. We guarantee next business day service.”
Arrow stays involved with many real estate offices surrounding each of its branch offices. Assistance ranges from helping with social events to fundraising to professional training. Arrow’s Realtor Services staff is accredited by the Georgia Real Estate Commission and the Tennessee Real Estate Commission and offers 3 hour continuing education classes for realtors that cover wood infestation reports.
