ATLANTA – Arrow Exterminators announced its inaugural class of senior customer care professionals, a group that reflects many of Arrow’s core values.
“The new senior customer care professional position and award is reflective of key areas critical to our success and complementing our core values,” said Emily Thomas Kendrick, president and CEO. “These team members are on the front lines, taking care of our customers and service center employees each and every day, while displaying leadership, initiative and innovation. Each of these folks has a history of meeting and exceeding job expectations while going Beyond the Call to take care of our customers.”
“We recently brought them all to Atlanta for a special recognition celebration followed by a two day workshop where others learned best practices in customer care from them,” said Tim Pollard, senior executive vice president and chief operating officer. “I couldn’t be more proud of these exemplary folks. Their consistent excellence in customer service and leadership will help us meet our overall company goals.”
