ATLANTA – Arrow Exterminators recently held the company’s annual Fiscal Year Kick Off meeting at the Georgia Tech Conference Center in Atlanta. With more than 190 in attendance, a new position and award was announced by CEO and President Emily Thomas Kendrick.
“The new senior service center manager position and award is reflective of three key areas critical to our success and complementing our Core Values,” said Emily Thomas Kendrick. “These areas are Performance: consistent performance over time; Leadership: A proven leader within the Service Center, Region and Company as a whole and what we call ‘Clear Conscience.’ This is our ‘gut check’ as a company. We take the initiative to do everything with a clear conscience.”
“I couldn’t be more proud of these exemplary folks,” said Joe Thomas Chairman of the Board. “Their leadership will help us meet our overall company goals.”
