CHICAGO – The Board of Directors of Aruza Pest Control and Concentric Equity Partners (CEP) announced the promotion of Josh Langdon to Chief Executive Officer. Langdon has served as interim CEO and Chief Operating Officer since August, stepping up after the sudden and tragic passing of former CEO Andrew Beck.
During his tenure as interim CEO, Langdon has proven his ability to lead with a servant-leader mindset, prioritizing the well-being of Aruza’s employees while maintaining a singular focus on customer satisfaction, the board said.
"Josh has stepped into this role with remarkable strength and focus, uniting the team and guiding Aruza with a clear vision for the future," said Rob Swartz, a member of Aruza and CEP’s Board of Directors. "His servant-leader approach has ensured that our promises to customers remain at the forefront of Aruza’s mission, and we are confident that he will continue to build on this foundation of trust and excellence.”
The Board of Directors of Aruza Pest Control and Concentric Equity Partners has given its full support to Langdon as he assumes the role of CEO.
