CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Aruza Pest Control has acquired Smithfield, N.C.-based HomeMasters Pest Control. The acquisition represents a strategic move to strengthen Aruza’s footprint in North Carolina by increasing service density in key markets, including greater Raleigh and Smithfield and adds pest, mosquito, and termite revenues.

HomeMasters represents Aruza’s fifth add-on acquisition since its recapitalization by Concentric Equity Partners (CEP) in 2022.

HomeMasters will continue to operate with the same technicians and office staff who have served the residents of Johnson, Wake, Harnett, Sampson and Duplin counties in North Carolina for the last 20 years.
