CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Aruza Pest Control announced the addition of Rafael (Ralph) Masferrer as director of training and technical services and Robert Oulahan, CPA, as chief financial officer. Both bring decades of leadership experience that will strengthen Aruza’s operational excellence and strategic growth across its service areas in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Texas, the company said.
Masferrer, an experienced pest control professional and certified operator in Florida and Georgia, joins Aruza after more than a decade of leadership roles at Truly Nolen of America.
With extensive expertise in operations, technical training and organizational development, Masferrer has successfully driven nationwide operational improvements, implemented advanced training programs and enhanced profitability across multi-branch organizations. At Aruza, he will lead the company’s training and technical initiatives, ensuring service quality, compliance and the continued development of team members.
Oulahan, a corporate finance executive and Certified Public Accountant, brings more than 25 years of experience as CFO for private equity-backed companies in the service industry, including pest control.
He has successfully guided organizations through mergers and acquisitions, strategic growth and operational integration, while delivering significant EBITDA improvements. In his new role, Oulahan will oversee all financial strategy, planning, and reporting, supporting Aruza’s expansion and operational efficiency goals.
