Charlotte, N.C. – Aruza Pest Control announced several branch management appointments as the company continues its multi-state expansion across the Carolinas, Florida and Texas.
These new leaders bring decades of industry experience and proven records of operational excellence, team development and customer service leadership, said Aruza Pest Control.
Michael Haas — Branch Manager, Orlando, Fla.
Haas joins Aruza as branch manager for the Orlando market. Haas brings more than 30 years in pest control leadership, including time spent at Terminix and Massey Services. He is a certified operator in Florida with credentials in general household pest, termite/WDO, and fumigation services. He holds AIB and University of Florida Master certifications in both general pest and termite management.
Scott Dunsworth — Branch Manager, Dallas, Texas
Based in Dallas, Texas, Dunsworth brings over 14 years of pest control leadership experience, including his most recent tenure as branch operations manager for Orkin. Dunsworth is a United States Army veteran and two-time Modern Army Combatives champion. Dunsworth is focused on safety and improving profit margins.
Hassan McIntyre — Branch Manager, Charlotte, N.C.
As the new Charlotte branch manager, McIntyre brings more than 20 years of sales and operations experience spanning branch, regional and national roles. Most recently serving as regional sales and operations manager for Safety-Kleen/Clean Harbors, McIntyre oversaw multi-state operations exceeding $60 million in annual revenue, said Aruza Pest Control.
Edward Lanigan — Branch Manager, Houston, Texas
Lanigan joins Aruza with over two decades of executive experience in pest control operations, including leadership roles at HomeTeam Pest Defense, Orkin and as owner of On Target Pest Control in Houston, Texas. He holds multiple state pest control certifications, including Texas and Florida, and is an Associate Certified Entomologist.
Douglas (Doug) DeVincentis — Branch Manager, Smithfield, N.C.
DeVincentis joins Aruza as branch manager for the newly established Smithfield, N.C., branch. He brings over a decade of leadership experience from Bug Out, where he most recently served as district manager.
