Aruza Pest Control
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Aruza Pest Control formally introduced a company-wide Core Values initiative designed to reinforce its culture, drive exceptional customer experiences and unify its growing team across multiple states.
A video was shared during the meeting explaining the development of the core values and how they will guide the organization into success.
The new values — Gratitude, Integrity, Accountability, Humility, and Kindness — were launched to the entire Aruza team on July 16, during a company-wide Town Hall Call. This nationwide virtual event brought together employees from every branch and department to reflect on the values that will guide its continued growth, the company said.
“These core values aren’t just words on a wall,” said Josh Langdon, CEO of Aruza Pest Control. “They define how we show up for our customers, how we support each other, and how we make decisions in the field and in the office. As we continue to grow, they will serve as our North Star.”
Each value is being spotlighted monthly across Aruza’s branch network through team discussions, peer nominations and recognition events. Team members who exemplify each month’s value are honored with a Core Value Pin and personalized Certificate of Recognition. The program is designed not only to celebrate outstanding team members but also to embed the values deeply into daily operations and decision-making.
The rollout includes structured monthly meetings that explore how each value—beginning with Gratitude—impacts both internal culture and customer interactions and to reflect on real-world scenarios that highlight the company’s commitment to these guiding principles.
“A strong, values-driven culture is a competitive advantage in pest control,” said Justin Bellet, COO of Aruza. “It creates consistency, builds trust, and ensures that every member of the team knows what we stand for and why we do what we do every day.”
