ANAHEIM, Calif. – Aspire Software and FieldRoutes, software providers for field service and ServiceTitancompanies, kicked off their annual user conference, Ignite 2025, on Monday.
The three-day event brings together professionals from the landscaping, pest control and lawn care industries to explore software innovations, leadership insights and best practices that drive growth and efficiency across the trades.
“Ignite represents the best of our community—customers, partners and our team coming together to share, learn and imagine what’s next,” said Eli Zevin, general manager of Aspire Software. “From AI-powered tools to predictive analytics, we’re building a platform that not only helps contractors succeed today but positions them to thrive in the years ahead.”
Conference highlights include upcoming feature enhancements from both brands, including
Aspire Software:
- Site Audits 2.0, which enables better documentation of serviced properties, work performed and observations noted—helping contractors identify enhancement opportunities and communicate with customers more effectively.
- PropertyIntel’s Map Metadata, allowing users to link map objects with other essential data for a more complete view of job history and audits.
- AI-powered KnowledgeBase 2.0, a one-stop resource that combines Aspire’s user guide and knowledge base into a unified, intuitive experience.
FieldRoutes:
- FieldRoutes Mobile enhancements, including improved offline capabilities, progress saving, and integrated payment requirements for door-to-door (D2D) sales.
- Scheduling and Routing Optimization, with new features such as autoscheduling, updated Map View and more options for bulk-scheduled routes.
- Sales Pro, an AI-powered coaching tool that analyzes field conversations to uncover sales best practices and provide a repeatable blueprint for success.
“Pest control operators need tools that are fast, reliable and designed with their business realities in mind,” said Dylan Henryson, general manager of pest at FieldRoutes. “With a stronger mobile experience, improved routing and new Pro products, we’re helping customers deliver exceptional service and scale smarter.”
Backed by ServiceTitan’s $250 million annual R&D investment, Aspire and FieldRoutes say they are doubling down on customer-first innovation, leveraging AI, predictive insights and shared product development to deliver greater value to contractors across industries.
