NEW YORK – Each year three resident manager organizations, Manhattan Resident Managers Club, Metropolitan Building Managers of New York and the Scandinavian-American Building Managers Guild, honor distinguished vendors and resident managers of multi-tenant buildings in New York City. On Nov. 3, Erin Leonard and Julia Stein of Assured Environments were awarded Vendor of the Year at the Three Hands Grand Ball by the Scandinavian-American Building Managers Guild (SABMG).
