St. Aubin brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is a Board Certified Entomologist, nationally recognized pest management consultant and possesses undergraduate degrees from the University of Missouri and Webster University.
Prior to becoming a pest management consultant, St. Aubin was employed for 26 years in various research and marketing positions in the pesticide chemical industry. He was the first technical editor of Chemical Times and Trends, a journal devoted to the chemical specialty industry. He is an author of numerous articles concerning food plant and health care pest management, structural pest control and medical entomology. He is retired from the United States Army Reserve, Medical Service Corps at the rank of Colonel.
St. Aubin established and operated Summa Pest Management Services, Inc., Overland Park, Kan., for many years, selling that company in 1993. Summa was a company dedicated to pest management services exclusively for the health care, food processing, art and antiquities preservation, hospitality and high tech industries.
From 1993 until 1997, he served as director of the Division of Plant Health Care of the Kansas Department of Agriculture.
His industry affiliations have been many and are varied during a span of over 40 years. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Chemical Specialties Manufacturers Association, a Director of the National Pest Control Association, Chairman of the Food Protection and Sanitation Committee and a member of the Project Development Counsel of that association. He was the President of the Kansas Pest Control Association and Vice President of the Missouri Pest Management Association and has been active in the revision and strengthening of the pesticide laws of the two states.
He is currently a member of the Entomological Society of America, the American Mosquito Association, the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States and is a life member of the Reserve Officers Association of the United States.
