Effective immediately, Bill Ballard is now the director of operations for Cingo. In this new position, Ballard will oversee five geographic markets, maintaining the company’s focus on growth and surpassing customer expectations. He will report directly to the company’s CEO, Lanny Allgood.
In his prior role as the director of talent, he was responsible for managing the technical training and safety aspects of the business, as well as human resources and recruitment. Under Bill’s leadership, the company made significant technological and safety advances in the field. He oversaw the development of a career path providing team members with a roadmap and opportunities to gain industry knowledge and grow their careers within the organization.
“Bill has done an exceptional job modernizing our workforce and increasing employee engagement and retention.” said Lanny Allgood. “He is committed to finding new ways to deliver an excellent customer experience, and I am confident he will do a great job refining and innovating the operations of our company.”
Ballard brings eleven years of technical and management experience to the role. He has worked with Cingo since 2008, starting as a pest professional in Dublin, Ga. In 2012, Ballard began serving as the manager of training and safety, ensuring that all team members were up to date on necessary training and safety procedures, eventually working his way up to director of talent, a position he has held for four years.

Ballardearned a BBA from Georgia Southern University and holds over a dozen state and national certifications. He will be based out of the company’s newly established office in Brunswick, Ga..
