DALLAS - Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control, a portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners, has acquired Termio Pest Control’s Dallas and Houston branches. The acquisition was announced by The Potomac Company, which advised Termio Pest Control in this transaction.
Termio Pest Control, a family-owned enterprise founded in 2018, has been a provider of residential pest control and termite control services. The company established a Dallas branch in 2019 and expanded to Houston in 2020. The company says it has embraced the Traction EOS operating system, alongside significant investments in Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and team development to enhance operational efficiency.
