BASF Enhances Product Network Support

BASF announced a partnership with Toronto marketing firm, Capital C, to bolster the professional pest control group’s customer care phone services.

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC. — BASF announced its partnership with Toronto marketing firm, Capital C, to bolster the professional pest control group’s customer care phone services. The brand new customer care center opened its lines on June 4, 2007 under the direction of Termidor® termiticide/insecticide Customer Care Specialist Nima Samandari.

“Timely, proactive customer support is a necessity in the pest management industry today,” said William Baxter, business manager for BASF. “This partnership with Capital C provides Termidor Certified Professionals with yet another resource of product expertise and guidance, in addition to our seasoned team of sales and technical specialists.”

As Termidor Customer Care Specialist, Samandari is responsible for managing the 1-877-TERMIDOR customer help hotline. Prior to joining BASF, Samandari served as Team Leader at International Financial Data Services, an affiliate of State Street Financial of Boston. He brings a strong background in call center operation. Samandari earned a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and holds an Honors degree in Political Science.

Capital C is a multi-disciplinary marketing agency in Toronto with capabilities in the areas of creativity, interactivity and technology.
