Mishler spent six years as a senior sales representative II for the corporation’s agricultural products and nutrition division. His responsibilities included building strong relationships with key customers, coordinating BASF involvement in local industry trade shows, managing territory resources and implementing product-marketing programs to initiate maximum sales. Prior to joining BASF, Mishler spent 22 years working for the American Cyanamid Company where he held the position of master sales representative.

Mishler is the recipient of a bachelor’s degree in entomology from Iowa State University.
