BASF Names Steven Mishler Senior Sales Specialist

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. — BASF announces the appointment of Steven Mishler as senior sales specialist. In his new role, Mishler will provide sales support for the BASF pest control product portfolio in the Gulf Coast and Tampa regions of Florida.

Mishler spent six years as a senior sales representative II for the corporation’s agricultural products and nutrition division. His responsibilities included building strong relationships with key customers, coordinating BASF involvement in local industry trade shows, managing territory resources and implementing product-marketing programs to initiate maximum sales. Prior to joining BASF, Mishler spent 22 years working for the American Cyanamid Company where he held the position of master sales representative.

“BASF is pleased to bring Steven Mishler on board,” said David Buzzelli, eastern region manager for BASF’s Professional Pest Control group. “Steven is one of BASF’s finest sales representatives and he will no doubt contribute greatly to our team, and to the pest control industry as a whole.”

Mishler is the recipient of a bachelor’s degree in entomology from Iowa State University.
