RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – BASF announced it has added Kyle Franklin as North Carolina territory representative, and William Gettys as sales representative in the Alabama/Florida Panhandle territory.
Franklin joins BASF from Go-Forth Pest Control, where he managed business operations in the High Point, N.C., office. Before that, he served as a sales representative for FMC for six years in both the agricultural and pest control markets in North Carolina. Prior to his time at FMC, Kyle worked for Terminix of the Triad for nine years, serving in a variety of roles within the commercial pest control division. He holds a degree in economics from the University of North Carolina and is an Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE). He resides in the High Point, N.C., area.
Gettys comes to BASF from Univar, where he has served as an account manager in the industrial chemicals market for the past three years. Before his time with Univar, Gettys worked in sales roles with increasing levels of responsibility, including Aerotek as a division sales manager and Frito-Lay as a district sales manager. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in business administration. Gettys is based in the Pelham, Ala., area.
