Batzner Pest Management Awarded Top 10 Small Businesses by BizTimes Milwaukee

NEW BERLIN, Wis. — Batzner Pest Management was announced as a Top 10 Small Business of 2009 for the first time by the Waukesha County Chamber of Commerce and BizTimes Milwaukee.

The Top 10 winners of this award are selected by an independent panel of judges based upon criteria that include customer focus, financial growth, employee growth and relations, and community involvement.

Last year, Batzner was rated as one of the “Best Places to Work in Southeastern Wisconsin” and continues to excel by being named one of the “Top 10 Small Businesses” in Southeastern Wisconsin. “I was honored to hear that our Batzner employees have done it once again. Every one of our employees has worked hard to help us achieve a status as a Top 10 Small Business,” says Jerry Batzner, president of Batzner Pest Management. “We appreciate recognition we receive because it lets us know we’re doing our job.”

The award was presented at a luncheon held at the Country Springs Hotel in Waukesha on Thursday, June 11.
