Bayer and the CDC Foundation, longtime partners who share a commitment to combating global health threats, have come together to curb the spread of Zika in a number of ways. Among other efforts, Bayer has announced a donation of more than 90,000 units of contraception products and more than 10,000 units of insecticide-treated mosquito nets. Dr. Kurt Vandock from Bayer has also been a leading force in assisting the CDC Foundation’s training and education initiatives in Puerto Rico.
