Bayer Announces 2016 Winter Roach Gel Savings Program

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – Environmental Science, a business unit within the Crop Science division of Bayer, announced its Maxforce Winter Roach Gel Promotion, offering pest management professionals (PMPs) instant savings on both Maxforce FC Select and Maxforce FC Magnum. The exclusive promotion runs from now through March 31 and offers savings on two solutions within the Maxforce Roach Control System. Bait rotation is a necessary practice to avoid resistance and bait aversion.

Consumption is not necessary with this gel. Cockroaches need only to touch the bait to die, as it contains the innovative ContactX technology. Maxforce FC Magnum remains effective for up to one year or until the bait is completely consumed, according to Bayer.

 

Maxforce FC Select is an ideal solution for maintenance control of normal and bait-averse strains of cockroaches, Bayer reports. With the active ingredient, fipronil, Maxforce FC Select delivers better tertiary kill through ingestion and contact in hard-to-reach and inaccessible areas, according to Bayer. Maxforce FC Select is proven to work effectively even when sanitation is poor and competing food sources are available.
