KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. – United Phosphorus, Inc., (UPI) has chosen Charlene Bedal to lead the company's newly created Aquatics, Turf-Ornamental-PCO and Canadian ag customer service department. With a dedicated 800 number and specialists trained on the UPI product portfolio specific to these markets, the new department will provide UPI customers an even higher level of service and information than before.
"Charlene's experience within UPI and her previous organization management roles made her the logical choice to lead our customer service department for Aquatics, Turf-Ornamental-PCO and Canada ag," says Jeff Allison, president, North America. This is just one of many recent enhancements at UPI, designed to improve the organization’s ability to meet the needs of its business partners.
Bedal, formerly UPI Turf-Ornamental-PCO account manager in the western United States, has been with the company since 2003. Before joining UPI, she served as branch manager for both United Agri Products and York Distributors. She will be relocating from Arizona to the company headquarters in King of Prussia, PA.
