CLEARWATER, Fla. – Safer Home Services and Safer Home Services Franchise Systems have been acquired by BELFOR Franchise Group.
Jim Swayne, founder, president and CEO of Safer Home Services, and Chuck Steinmetz, chairman of Safer Homes announced their two companies have been acquired by BELFOR Franchise Group, a subsidiary of BELFOR Holdings. BELFOR Franchise Group has more than 3,000 franchises across 11 different brands and plans on making Safer Home Services a household name across America as its twelfth brand.
Safer Home Services has experienced tremendous growth since its founding in 2014, providing its signature Once-A-Year Pest Protection and innovative termite protection programs from three branches in Florida and their franchise in Atlanta, Georgia. Safer Home Services will continue to operate with the present management team and team members with Swayne serving as brand president. “I couldn’t think of a better opportunity for our team members and our customers,“ he said. “In addition, BELFOR and Safer Home Services will create many new opportunities for pest industry professionals to own and grow their businesses.”
