BEAUMONT, Texas — Bill Clark Pest Control celebrated its 60th anniversary on March 9, at the Event Centre.
Friends, family and community members were present for the celebration. This event honored Bill Clark for his dedication and hard work the last 60 years. Continuing in tradition from their 50th Anniversary, Clark donated $1.00 per day for each day he has been in business, totaling $22,500 to 30 local charities.
Charities included, American Red Cross, Anayat House, Inc., Boys Haven of America, Inc., Boy Scouts, Buckner Children & Family Services, Garth House, Girls Haven, Girl Scouts, Julie Rogers Gift of Life, Salvation Army, Shorkey Center, Some Other Place, Southeast Texas Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, Southeast Texas Food Bank, United Way, Family Services of Southeast Texas, The Hughen Center, Arc of Greater Beaumont, Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas Foundation, CASA of Southeast Texas, Foundation for Southeast Texas, Nutrition Services for Seniors, The Spindletop Center, Catholic Charities, Beaumont Rotary Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Ubi Caritas, American Cancer Society, Christus Southeast Texas Foundation, and Humane Society.
