CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Pest Authority announced the appointment of Bobby Rycroft as vice president of operations. Rycroft brings more than two decades of experience in the pest control industry to the team, including time spent leading growth for No More Bugs, the largest Mosquito and Pest Authority franchisee.
“The pest control industry is more competitive than ever, making it imperative to continue pushing to deliver the highest possible quality of both service and product to our franchise owners and customers,” said Jason Pritchard, chief executive officer of Main Line Brands. “We’re confident that Bobby’s extensive industry experience and personal knowledge of the Pest Authority brand puts him in a unique position to help us refine our operations, driving increased customer satisfaction and growth.”
Rycroft brings extensive category operations experience to Pest Authority, including a focus on streamlining operations and advancing customer-focused strategies through new acquisitions, scaling multi-market operations and maintaining standards for regulatory compliance, said the company. Prior to his new position, Rycroft’s career included time serving as a sales inspector and field trainer at Orkin Pest Control and various senior leadership roles with Home Paramount Pest Control, where he managed operations across the Southeast. Most recently, in 2023, he became vice president of growth for No More Bugs LLC., the largest Mosquito and Pest Authority franchisee, overseeing growth across 12 markets.
Throughout his career, Rycroft has successfully overseen business acquisitions and worked to integrate teams and processes to help organizations increase profitability, said Pest Authority. His leadership in multi-market expansion has included opening and managing new locations, directing office set-up, assisting with equipment procurement and staffing strategies for franchise brands. He also has expertise in structural pest control licensing, training and compliance, said the company.
“I’m excited to step into this role and help strengthen operations for Pest Authority while driving scalable growth,” said Rycroft.
Using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach, Pest Authority focuses on long-term control and prevention, emphasizing non-invasive treatments that minimize the use of pesticides. The brand also offers eco-friendly options to ensure the safety of employees, customers and the environment.
