Filson, who was most recently with FMC Corporation, has worked in the pest control industry for more than 18 years, including terms with Bayer Corporation and BASF. “Brad has a reputation for strong sales-building in his territories, and he is a ‘hands-on’ type of manager,” observed Nisus President Kevin L. Kirkland. “He is not afraid of getting in and working side-by-side with PCOs, and that makes him a good fit for our company.”
Filson is a graduate of the College of New Jersey in Trenton, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with a triple minor in Earth Science, Environmental Studies, and Chemistry/Biology. He received an Associate of Arts and Science Degree in Land Use Planning with minors in Ornamental Horticulture and Chemistry/Biology from Mercer College. Filson’s extensive educational background coupled with his industry experience makes him a valuable addition to the Nisus team. “Brad is one of those managers who not only understands customers and sales, but also has an in-depth knowledge of the technology and chemical aspects of the business,” commented Harry Bryan, Eastern Division Director of Sales.
“I am excited to join the leader in borate technology because this area of the pest control industry is growing so rapidly,” said Filson. “I believe Nisus is the right place to be and look forward to continuing my support of the pest control industry and the wonderful companies in this area.”
