As the number of National Health Service (NHS) workers in the UK who test positive for Covid-19 rises, the government is working long hours trying to arrange PPE to the NHS staff. This is an important reminder that it is up to the community, teams and individuals to take responsibility in their own way.
Brandenburg UK’s Production Engineer Steve Daniels has shown incredible leadership and spirit by making things happen on the ground. The team has produced and delivered face visors to seven health care centers where NHS staff are putting their lives on the line to help COVID-19 patients.
The team has reached out to seven healthcare facilities to date. “Small differences can have larger effects for the frontline workers. We stay committed to strengthening the fight against COVID-19,” the company says.
