CITRUS HEIGHTS, Calif. — An explosion at an apartment complex apparently ignited by insect foggers being used to control a cockroach infestation has displaced three families.
Fire officials in the Sacramento suburb of Citrus Heights say a tenant in one of the three apartments set off 10 cans of insecticide fogger. That's five to 10 times the recommended amount.
