PARAMUS, N.J. — Bug Doctor announced that it has entered its 25th year in business.
On Jan. 28, 1992, Bug Doctor, was founded by Stuart Aust, president and CEO, starting as a family-owned business out of a two-bedroom condominium based in Bergen County. Now entering its 25th year, the business has grown into seven divisions: Bug Doctor Nationwide, Bird Doctor Worldwide, Animal Doctor, Bedbug Doctor, Mosquito Doctor, Restoration Doctor and Tree Doctor. Years later, they now offer nationwide service for pest control and worldwide service for bird control.
Aust shares “With 24 years behind us, I could not be more proud of how much we have accomplished. My gut feeling in the beginning was that if we persevered and delivered a superior customer experience, we could make an impact in the community. Much of our promotion comes by word of mouth, our fleet of vehicles driving on the roadways throughout the tri-state area, and repeat business.”
Although the company has expanded into seven divisions, Aust still maintains a personal relationship with his clients. Aust adds, “Being a locally owned business has its rewards by personally knowing your customers. We often receive a call for one issue that subsequently exposes another, requiring repair and restoration. By offering multiple services, we can perform an inspection, assess a client’s needs and reduce their amount of phone calls for faster resolution.”
Bug Doctor, Inc. and its divisions also has the pleasure of successfully serving a variety of clients today in diversified settings, including residential, corporate, retail, luxury properties, sports arenas, hospitals, restaurants, schools, warehouse environments and much more. Aust maintains that no job is too small or large to consider, giving them a competitive edge.
