PARAMUS, N.J. — Stuart Aust, president and CEO of Bug Doctor Termite and Pest Control, announced the recent promotion of Nancy Madrid to vice president of administration and human resources.
Madrid joined the company in 2006 as the accounting manager/human resources manager. In her new role, she will oversee the administration and human resource functions of Bug Doctor and its four other divisions, Bird Doctor Nationwide, Animal Doctor, Bedbug Doctor, and Mosquito Doctor.
Aust added, “Nancy exemplifies what Bug Doctor is all about and is one of the driving forces behind our success. We are extremely grateful for employees of her caliber”.
Madrid received her Human Resources certification from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She and her husband, Hector, have two children, Katherine and Andrew.
